Hand carders
Our new hand carders are lightweight and made of durable poplar plywood. The carding surface measures 19 x 10 cm (7 ½ x 4 inches) and features 72 points per inch for a fine, versatile carding experience.
With a curved surface, the hand cards ensure optimal contact with the fibers, contributing to an even result. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand and makes prolonged carding comfortable. These hand cards are perfect for making rolags, punis or mini-batts for a woolly, airy spinning experience.
The hand cards have an overall size of 20 x 25.5 cm (8 x 10 inches), making them easy to carry and snug in the hand. The galvanized steel card fittings are attached to a flexible rubber base, ensuring long life.
